About the challenge
Anybody can do my challenge / Beginner - Advance! No equipment needed!
This challenge is designed to reset and renew your mind, body, and soul by creating healthy, lasting habits to help you accomplish your personal goals in 2023 and beyond. The challenge involves brand-new workouts to get you motivated and moving for 21 days. You will receive a PDF with full follow along workout video links that you will only have access to.
The KICKSTART challenge is not about how difficult it is to do a movement or how long you can endure X amount of time working out.
It’s about practicing consistency. Showing up to the mat because you said so! The challenging path in anyone’s fitness journey is showing up, not the workout itself. This challenge is great If you are looking to tone your body and grow your glutes as well!
That’s what Kickstart is all about.
